PRODUCT

Everything inside Upgear.

Six pillars that cover every workflow of an Indian service business — Sales & Pipeline, Field Operations, Finance & Compliance, Workforce & Payroll, Customer Engagement, Intelligence & Reporting. All six share a single database, so nothing is bridged manually and nothing sits out of sync.

How the pillars connect

One database, not six products.

The pillars are a way to describe the product — not a way to buy it. Every pillar writes to and reads from the same tenant database, which is why a customer record is the same object in Sales as in Engagement as in Intelligence.

A customer edit in Sales & Pipeline fires the right transactional WhatsApp event through Customer Engagement — with no manual hand-off.
A contract signed in Sales becomes a scheduled visit plan in Field Operations — with the right technician, the right frequency, the right duration.
An invoice in Finance & Compliance draws from the quotation in Sales, the completion data in Field Operations, and emits an event to Customer Engagement when the IRN is attached.
An attendance entry in Workforce & Payroll affects that day’s payroll computation, the supervisor’s review queue, and the ops dashboard in Intelligence & Reporting.
Every transition across every pillar writes to the audit trail. When an auditor, accountant, or owner asks what happened on a record, the answer is a click, not a reconstruction.
Product questions

What operators ask about the product as a whole.

No — the pillars share a database by design, and all are in Core. A contract signed in Sales becomes a visit plan in Field Operations, an invoice in Finance & Compliance, an attendance-affecting workload in Workforce & Payroll, a WhatsApp event in Customer Engagement, and a line on every relevant dashboard in Intelligence & Reporting. Splitting the pillars would recreate the reconciliation tax we exist to remove.
All six are live from day one of your tenant — there is no "enable later" flag. That said, the onboarding sequence usually starts with Sales & Pipeline and Finance & Compliance (to get your customer book and invoicing pipeline clean), then Field Operations and Workforce & Payroll, then Customer Engagement and Intelligence & Reporting. Assisted migration in Core walks you through this order without you having to think about it.
Three optional addons sit outside Core: WhatsApp Marketing for campaigns with revenue attribution, AI Copilot for voice-to-record in Hindi / Marathi / Hinglish, and Photo Attendance for face-verified check-ins. Each is tailored-pricing — quoted on the demo alongside your Core rate. Most operators start with Core alone and add one or two addons 2–3 months in, once they know which line-items would move their P&L materially.
