Do we have to stop using WhatsApp? No. Keep it for talking. The official visit record just lives in UPGEAR, so a photo in a chat group isn’t your only proof.
Can we keep Tally? Yes. UPGEAR hands invoices and receipts to Tally as an import file your accountant controls. Ask them to import a real one with your own ledgers in the demo.
