Ask in your own words. Saathi shows you where to click.
Saathi sits in the corner of every UPGEAR screen. Type, speak or paste a screenshot. It reads your records the way your login sees them, then opens the right screen and points at the button.
Ask a help page why Neha can’t see invoices. It has no idea.
Or why your Outstanding report shows ₹2,950 when you expected more. These questions need your records, so Saathi reads them first. Tap a person to hear what they asked.
Saathi is the one you call.
Saathi means companion. It waits in the corner of every UPGEAR screen as Need a hand?, with a green dot to say it is there. It looks like a support contact you can call, because that is how it behaves. The real one is in the bottom-right corner of this page.
Open the panel and pick what you need done.
Press Need a hand? and the panel opens with a tile for each job, because an empty chat box tells nobody what it can do. Try the tiles on this page.
Try each one on this page 0/7Ask the way you’d ask a colleague.
It takes you to the right box, one step at a time.
Press Show me on Company. Assist opens the screen, rings the right box in yellow and says one line about it. Next goes to the following step, even onto another tab. Try the five steps.
Ask what’s outstanding. Get your actual figure.
Before it writes a word, Assist looks things up. Pick a question and watch what it checks first. Answers are from a demo company.
It changes a setting only after you press Yes.
When Assist finds the cause, it shows a card: how things are now, how they will be after, and one button. Ask Joseph’s question and press Save.
Send your old Excel. Get back a file UPGEAR can import.
Years of customers in a sheet of your own design. Assist rewrites it in the importer’s own headings and order, and checks every value against your masters before anything is imported.
When an error pops up, Saathi asks about it for you.
When an error appears, Saathi steps out beside it. One press sends the error’s words and the screen it came from, so nobody retypes a message they did not understand. Press Send.
Ask in Marathi, get the answer in Marathi.
Assist replies in the language of each message. Screen and button names stay in English, so the answer still matches your screen.
Assist can only see what your login can see.
Every lookup runs with your login’s own permissions, on UPGEAR’s server. A question cannot reach a record your screen would not show you.
By 6 PM, Kavya hadn’t called support once.
