2. Subscription Cancellation

  • User-Initiated Cancellation:
    Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
  • Effect of Cancellation:
    Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the service until the end of the billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
    • Technical issues rendering the service unusable, and not resolved within 7 business days.
    • Erroneous charges caused by system errors.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Charges for services already rendered.
    • User dissatisfaction arising from non-technical reasons, such as lack of usage or preference changes.

4. Refund Process

  • Users must submit a refund request via email at connect@upgearcrm.com within 7 days of the charge date.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.
